Hi everyone! My name is Eda. I graduated from ELT department at Hacettepe University in 2013. After one year in United Kingdom as a Comenius Language Assistant, I started my career as an instructor at UTAA in 2014. I am studying for my master degree in Educational Technology department at Gazi University. This will be the first Lesson Study experience for me, so I hope it will contribute to my professional development a lot and we will enjoy.ayın. Çok kolay.
Hi, I am Mevlüt. I am graduated from Metu Ncc in 2011. This is my 6th year teaching English Language. I am also doing my master's in Lifelong Learning and Adult Education. I have always been interested in the developments & ideas in ELT. For this reason, Lesson Study is a great opportunity for me to try something new while participating in continuous professional development activities. I believe this experience will help me understand the needs of students as well as my own needs to improve as a teacher.
Born in Isparta in 1991, I grew up fascinated by music and languages, which led me to join in TRT Polyphonic Youth Choir for 6 years, spend a month for language learning in Paris in 2013 and graduate from the department of English Language Teaching at Hacettepe University in 2014. I embarked on my language teaching career right after graduation and my MA degree in Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language in Institute of Turkish Studies at Hacettepe University in 2015. My personal interests include singing, drawing, playing cello, guitar and saz. On the other hand, creating a vivid and engaged classroom for students and encouraging lifelong learning by using technology and music represent my professional priorities. Since I started to work in UTAA, I have been currently into collaborative dimension of language teaching with observations and reflective practices.
